There is no doubt in my mind that life is viewed so very differently by each of us. Some of us see through our heart in color. Some see black and white. Some of us see only with our eyes. Though we are all created to be individual, we have also been given the responsibility of seeing life how it is intended to be seen. All too often we create our own little domain. A sort of a bubble. We think and feel that a protective covering around us will keep us safe from the big bad world. The big world isn’t really bad though. We tend to create a vision of how we want to see the world which is different than how the world really is. If we are happy, then the world is great. If we are sad, the world is a mean and dark place. The world is a dynamic constant. What I mean by this is yes, the world is always changing and many of us can and do make a difference either positively or negatively, but the world revolves and rotates and is cyclical, dependable and always on time. We are the ones who change. We are the ones who are late for the new day. Even on the days when we don’t want to wake up and show up, the moon and the sun still come and go.
God is so mighty and so powerful. He is always and forever. He is yesterday, today and tomorrow. He is the Alpha and the Omega. How does the world look from His eyes? Have you ever tried to look at the world through His spirit rather than your own eyes. Do you think for a second that there just may be a moment in time when your depression or sadness will turn to joy through his spirit?
At the end of everyday, we must ask ourselves this one question. Did I see today through His spirit or through my own eyes. The Lord is gracious enough to give us all our own identity. It doesn’t mean that we have to do everything on our own. We can have both. We can have our identity through Christ and our own individuality also. So now when you wake up tomorrow, give it all to Him. See the world through His eyes. Experience your own individuality with joy in your heart.
Now you can have it all and see the world through His spirit, your heart and your eyes while being protected and gently guided to safety at all times. No more bubbles or false identity. The picture above is only a glimpse of the beauty around you. Quit living in black and white. Quit seeing through a blind heart and through blind eyes. Its real… don’t be so prideful as to not try it.
Be blessed today as you see in color through all avenues. and enjoy your life.
May the Lord bless you and keep you. May the Lord shine His face upon you and bring you peace today and always.
Love,
